What is a sound bath?

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a form of sound therapy/ healing that uses 432hz clear quartz crystal singing bowls (or other sound healing tools) to support meditation, the bodies natural healing abilities and overall state of calm and clarity. The sound waves travel through the body causing a shift in normal beta brainwave activity to a

calmer alpha or even meditative beta brainwave state.

The body is approx 70% water. Sound baths act on the body’s water promoting circulation -- enhancing muscle relaxation-- and lymphatic flow to reduce inflammation. “In the field of psychotherapy and clinical treatment, Dr. Romanoff says the sound therapy embedded in a sound bath has been used, in part, to address anxiety, depression, physical pain, high blood pressure, chronic

stress and sleep deprivation and disorders.”

30 min Sound Bath

USE HEADPHONES FOR BEST SOUND QUALITY-- return to the natural frequency of 432hz.

432hz sound baths improve recovery, increase cellular regeneration, and reduce inflammation by moving through the body's water promoting circulation -- enhancing muscle relaxation-- and lymphatic increased HRV, improved sleep and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. Sound Baths also shift our brainwave activity from beta and high-beta to calm alpha and even meditative theta states for clarity and coherence between hemispheres.
